When OIP bring a PACKAGED SOLUTION to the market, everything related to the project from renovation works down to future tenants is already planned to the point that even the delivery schedule is set. OIP’s technical team oversee the entire refurbishment while the legal team provide full protection to the investor by ensuring that all the applicable documents are correct and in place, including those relating to purchase, to work contracts and future tenant guaranty.

This was one of the biggest renovations done by the OIP team in Évora. The property was in a very poor condition, and the renovation involved some structure reinforcement, brand new roof, layout change, new plumbing, new electrical system, new kitchen, new bathrooms and new laundry. It was a considerable enterprise but the outcome is nothing short of spectacular. We must thank our clients who was always very involved in the renovation, and a lot of the specs were custom build for them. Clients are invited to participate in the renovation as much as they intend to; it's common to have regular video calls from the refurbishment site in order to discuss details with each client. So, as a result we have a magnificent 3 bedrooms hysterical house, with an open kitchen living room are, dining room, two bathrooms, laundry, patio and terrace. Enjoy the pictures!
